Every Unclassified Tools study aid and trainer, in one folder that opens with no connection.

Unofficial. Personal projects, not produced or endorsed by the U.S. Army or the Department of Defense. Every file is the same as on the live sites: built only from material approved for public release, with notional units, callsigns, grids and names.

How to use it

For a computer or tablet that never gets a signal. On a phone with a browser, Save all tools on Unclassified Tools is easier.

  1. Download the Tools pack. Add the Publications packs if you want the hosted PDFs.
  2. Unzip every pack into the same place. Each one adds to the Unclassified-Tools-Offline folder.
  3. Open Unclassified-Tools-Offline/index.html in a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari) and pick a tool. Nothing needs a connection or an install.

Notes and progress you save in a tool stay in that browser on that computer. The landing page shows which packs are installed.

    What's in it

      CFF Trainer comes as its Voice edition: voice input works with no connection, and the radio answers in the computer's own voice. Tools added to Unclassified Tools join the package when it is next rebuilt.
